The amount of professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout the whole process of getting a new ac unit was beyond what words could describe. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had. Jennifer was amazing with trying to get us worked out. Will and his team did an excellent job getting our unit put in and looking great. If you need any hvac needs R2 mechanical is the company to go with.
Will was very nice and explained the issue very well. 100% we will use this company again.
They did the install here but will not return may calls to get scheduled for yearly maintenance program started. So I had to go with someone else to make sure our systems were checked out and maintained
Always arrives quickly and fixes the problem. Every time!
