Responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. After my experience today, I will always recommend R1 for roofing work. The time from my initial call to a finished repair was only a few hours. I'm not saying that will be the case for everyone's situation but today, for me, Pahoram and Juan helped me out of a jam. After getting a quote from another roofer I decided to go with the other company. Luis ironically happens to live 2 streets away from me. Luis was taking his children to school & noticed that the roof was being installed on my home. Luis called me & said to make sure that the roofers laid the water/ice barrier before the shingles. That is 5 star customer service!! Luis was still looking out for me despite me not using their company!!

R1 roofing gave me impressive customer service and delivered a beautiful full roof replacement. Throughout the process, Luis went above and beyond to answer questions, provide documentation to my insurance, and make sure everything was done well in the installation and cleanup.
