They came and redid my roof and gutters. There were some issues with the roof sealing from how the gutter was installed. They came back numerous times to try and fix it and I was ready to just give up. Once Luis found out about it he brang a crew 2 different days and completely fixed it. Luis is awesome if he says he will make it right then you can count on it. Thank you Luis your the best
The siding looks good, however I have excessive over spray over the soffit and rain gutters. Nails were left through out the yard. trampled two of my plants. Broke the light bulbs to the porch lights. I wouldn't recommend R1 roofing and exteriors.
We hired R1 to replace our siding, our roof, our gutters, and our deck. We have appreciated the kindness of the workers- they worked late nights and reworked some items to make sure things were done right. That being said, we have been very disappointed with the company. R1 told us the work would be done in three weeks (back in November) so we assumed, with it being winter, it would take about six. it took a full four months for the work to be completed even though it was the driest winter we have ever had.
