Louis a d R1 roofing really took care of me through the roofing process. When uncovering the old shingles we found a bunch of bad play wood and they helped me get a good deal that I could afford and quality work that I know will last.
I normally don't do reviews, but R1 Roofing did an excellent job in everyway for me in price, service, honesty, clean-up, working with me on other projects besides our roof too, even when we decided not to do some of the other projects. Very responsive and answered all my questions. They really bent over backwards to make me happy, and even made changes to keep my wife happy that i thought I would have to do. I run a property management company in St. George. After an issue with Stout roofing where I hired them to fix a roof leak and all they did was replace tiles, but not so anything underneath to fix the problem, I was looking for a new company. Stout came out and said they would fix the problem I'd already paid them to fix for more than the original price I'd paid them to fix it the first time. ($2800 vs $2500).
