32 years ago my wife, 7 months pregnant at the time came in to R. Zach looking for a wedding ring ( yes we were living in sin). She found a beautiful vintage ring and wanted to see if I would like it. Zach said take it home and show him- didn’t ask for any security or credit card. I took my necklace in for a simple repair—just needed the chain reattached. Unfortunately, they did it incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they refused to fix their mistake. Instead, they still charged me for a repair that wasn’t done properly. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed me for their own poor workmanship. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend this place—take your jewelry elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
