If it was for me I would give 0 starts, the girl at the front desk when you walking in to the left she was so rude and tried to up charge me.
Very honest people. Bought a van from them today and everything looked great, amazing price. Drove home 43mi just fine. So happy to be back on the road again. Only extra pricing on top of the actual price was for taxes, title, etc. Which we expected but forgot to take out as cash. They accommodated that just fine.
I had a great experience working with Tony at Rz auto . He was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained all my options clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car or truck .
I spoke to a gentleman here that shared a lot of information with me about what to look for when shopping for a van etc. He seemed very honest and genuine. Only downside is they don't finance.
