The communication is terrible and they are lazy when it comes to completing repairs for the condominiums. There has been a light pole out in the parking lot for quite some time. We very often get random people pulling into the lot in the visitor section smoking, just sitting there doing lord knows what for hours. One of my guests car was even rummaged through which means someone is out there checking door handles. I’ve been a homeowner in one of the properties this “business” manages. From the very start I have had nothing but issues with either 1. Repairs on what they are responsible for 2. Communicating effectively and efficiently 3. Horrible customer service from Russ. I requested assistance for my window well for almost 5 years and no one EVER came out. Does not respond to request timely. Does not resolve any issues.
-0 they rarely answer the phone especially when you have a cooling break down at my unit. Plus No money to repair anything even though I pay my monthly fee. Totally dismissive and really dont carr if my tenent freezes or sweat to death in the unit. I had to pay to have a furnace fixed . Bernice Terrance has gone to all time low.If there is a condo administration advocate please let me know. Unresponsive, uncaring, not responsible, unreliable association.It might as well be a empty office that collects your money
