I love Amber & has been seeing her for 4 years and I have call for 5 days and left messages after messages to get appt since they got answer machine now you can not even get a call back, I am very very disappointed in this office staff, Its not the doctors or Amber fault it the staff not doing their job, Should hire me let me teach them how to be customer service & check the messages & return a call, Please do not say you did not get it because I have the record me calling & its all on video I guess I will have to find someo... read more
Dr. Williams and his staff are very kind and professional! He removed my daughter's tonsils and put tubes in her ears. He was very patient and gentle with her and she even pretends to be "Dr Williams" at home and removes all our tonsils 😂
Highly recommend! Dr. Williams is fantastic. We have several ENTs available to us but we will always choose him. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are very thankful for how he treats each of our family members as if they are his own!
