So i'm the Grandson of the "elderly lady" next door to William and Billy (same guy). This lazy but has a fence that is 100% on his property (not on the border or my grandmothers property at all).. Lazy worker refuses we weed wack a lawn he cuts with a fence on the property line. Went out asked him if he was going to trim his side told me to weed wack my neighbors lawn for him 2 months and the weeds are higher then the fence bad quality of work
Try’s to rip off neighbors asking for money from them to finish his job. Also takes advantage of elderly woman by not doing what he’s payed for.
