Applied for a rental unit through them and the matter was conducted in a way that was lacking communication, professionalism, and respect, especially in today’s housing market. I know other applicants also felt this way that experienced working with this group for a particular unit.

I just started dealing with this company and I'm not satisfied with the way they conduct business. My unit failed its inspection this month. I sent pictures and a copy of the letter to her explaining what needs repairs and, how soon the repairs have to be completed. So far she's not respond to my text or emails. She doesn't have a pleasant demeanor.
Rachel found me a new home in Baltimore. She was very friendly and responsive, and made navigating the entire process easy.
Rachel and Katherine have been very easy to work and incredibly responsive. I went to view one of their properties and had my elementary aged daughter with me, and Rachel was so kind and went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable with everything.
