They are expensive, and their customer service is subpar. They charged me $470 for a newly updated small townhouse, which was inspected in just an hour. When I requested a reinspection to ensure a pristine report, they demanded an additional $295 for a return visit to check a few minor issues, such as a few GFCI electrical outlets that had been replaced. The entire reinspection process could have been completed in just 10 minutes. Consequently, I would not hire them again.
I've used RW West Inspections 3 times now and have received great quality inspections every time. I was so happy this time to meet Cole and find out it is still a family business!
