Ron and the RW West team were a pleasure to work with. Our inspector, Cole, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Following the inspection, he gave a summary of his findings, answering all of my questions and later sent a very detailed written report with photos. If you need a home inspection done, I would highly recommend hiring RW West Inspections.
Eric was on time and on task, really helpful in pointing out things like that we needed CO detectors on each floor because a lender might call that. He spent a lot of time on the sewer scope making sure he got a really accurate reading. Super detailed and considerate!!
