We were referred to RW West by our realtor as sellers. Eric and Matt were absolutely awesome, thorough, polite, punctual and professional. I cannot overemphasize the thoroughness part. It's never fun being on the seller's side doing this, but it is very reassuring having someone with this level of experience and skill assist you when you are buying or selling a house and knowing that your current or future house is or is not in tip-top shape.
Ron West recently completed an inspection for the home I am purchasing. I was impressed that he scheduled the appointment with me right away, carefully inspected all areas of the home, took great pictures which he presented to me in his written report, along with deficiencies needing correction. A pleasant professional to work with!
We had a very positive experience using RW West inspections for a pre-inspection prior to listing our house for sale. The inspector, Eric Stovall, arrived promptly, was personable and welcomed our questions about his findings, and was extremely thorough. We appreciated that he was able to perform a video sewer scope of our side sewer, which saved us the expense and extra time of hiring a separate company to handle that. Ron was extremely thorough and professional. Very friendly, and was patient with our questions during the inspection. He clearly has a keen eye, as he was able to catch a lot of small details.
