The most despicable, filthy, uncaring place I have ever seen. Walt Gryzbowski and his family exploit illegal immigrants that should not be working here in the first place. In addition to illegal immigrants, RW Bakers likes to hire former felons, which there is nothing wrong with that, but they are also exploited, only because they are trying to do the right thing. worst company ive ever worked for too many long hours notime off wont let you take time off no pay raises no weekends off ever i only got 1 day off in 3 months not to mention the black mold growing prety much every where and i have seen the other employees spit in to the bread dough which is mostly made for meijers - shop wal*mart a former employee !!!!!!
