Waste of time. He lists a apartment as available. I inquire about it. Responds asking for income and credit. Mention i also have a a voucher. Then he starts saying he received a application on it from a person with a voucher. Then started saying he hopes the process doesnt take three months "like the last one". We went back and fourth through email about a pin letter then i told him thats a different program that I am not in. I attached my voucher to the email and he confirmed my voucher would work for the apartment. However... read more
I rented an apartment from Ray back in 2016 that I am still living in 7 years later. It’s a great location, great space, and a seamless application process. The building management is decent, Ray is great!
