the receptionists were competent, and professional, but the dentist Lana Douleh was incompetent, inefficient, unprofessional. once she made a minor laceration on my lower lip, and she blamed her assistant for what she had done. She always showed attitude. She was constantly yelling at her assistants all the time. I never recommend her. my experience was nasty & awkward.
