Unreliable – We put in our order in late January and by the end of May, after numerous calls, additional costs for the delays caused by his incompletion we had the few cabinets we ordered. It appears you can be re-prioritized regardless of when you place your order and you are stuck waiting and waiting for a response as to when your project might hit the radar screen again.
