Terrible. You can't see a dr after your first visit you only see a nurse practitioner. The people that schedule appointments says well if your symptoms havent gotten worse you don't need to be seen. Avoid this office
Dr Lapp is one of the best around! Keeps patients and their families calm, and is able to explain things in layman’s terms! My only issue is with the other staffing, I have been hung up on, told I didn’t know what I’m talking about (my husband has the same surgery ERCP ever two months, and been overall treated like a door mat. Their scheduling and receptionist are the worst, please do not correct them, even in the spelling of your own name.. You may get hung up on!
