Was in the market for a small laptop computer for streaming purposes. Went to their office and told them what I was looking for. They were too busy right then to help me so I left my number. Never got a call back. Won't try them again.

I am in the market for a new computer system, a good system, a good gamer system. I could build one my self, have done it before no problem. Just didn't want to make the time this summer. Emailed R-Tech several times with my requirements and specs for a quote. Never replied or responded that he couldn't, wouldn't or didn't like the color of my tie. Never replied at all. Never. Seems like a really poor and irresponsible manner to run a business. Extrapolation = stay away from this business.

Thanks to the men at R-tech who fixed my virus-ridden computer. I greatly appreciate the work they put into it and the friendliness I found there. It was like taking my pc to friends instead of strangers. My computer was repaired in a timely manner and now runs again. Yay! I highly recommend R-tech as the to-go-to place if you are having computer woes.
