Great people and a great place for hard to find window parts!
My wife and I called and Mr Ron Thomas showed up on time and even called the day before to remind me. After measuring our windows we wanted replaced he said he would would get back with us on a price. We have had to call to try to get a price from him. He has still after 30 days not called back.
