8 months behind schedule for their South Pea Ridge contract, have 1-2 guys out there at a time and only working on it 2-3 days a week. Blocking one of the two entrances to my house for several months to redo a 1/4 mile stretch of road is insane. Should be banned from bidding on city contracts ever again.
