Can’t even put the right equipment on our ac unit that we have had for only 2 years, and now having to get it replaced because lack of work and can’t do there job right. I’d give a 0 if possible. Very unprofessional when they can’t even answer a phone call. Highly not recommended.

I've been waiting since June 27th for them to come and fix my AC that they didn't service correctly on June 10th. I've called everyday since June 28th (except July 1, because I had to bury my baby sister). I was told that it would be fixed yesterday June 5th by the technician that finally had come out on June 30th. However, all I get is excuses and it's been a constant runaround with the receptionist who answers the phone, Brittany or Stephanie.
