I've been waiting since June 27th for them to come and fix my AC that they didn't service correctly on June 10th. I've called everyday since June 28th (except July 1, because I had to bury my baby sister). I was told that it would be fixed yesterday June 5th by the technician that finally had come out on June 30th. However, all I get is excuses and it's been a constant runaround with the receptionist who answers the phone, Brittany or Stephanie. Michael & Sarah were really friendly and provided great customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable. Would recommend.
R&T Mechanical was a pleasure to do business with!!! Everything from the initial service call to the new HVAC installation, went great! I am thankful for awesome and honest businesses like them. Michael and the rest of the technicians were friendly and courteous. I hope I never need a new AC again but if I do, I will definitely be calling R&T Mechanical!
