Love these guys. I took over a property where they had previously managed the irrigation. I setup a time for them to open the system. They showed up on time and walked me through the system explaining the zones, controllers etc. felt their approach was straight forward and prices were fair. They even helped troubleshoot a pump issues. Overall these guys were great to deal with and I am happy I found them, as I didn’t have a clue about the system. Responsive, fairly priced, and great work.
The irrigation closing service I received was done adequately but I scheduled the service at one price, more work was done than was requested or explained at time of service and a then bill was sent that was much higher than the quote. When I asked what occurred, a clause buried in the contract allowed this to occur. My mistake . Should have read more closely. Now I've just received a random mailing that they were SELF SCHEDULING themselves to come turn my irrigation system back on. Predatory practices. I wouldn't use again.
