Great for repairs We recently had a problem with our TV and it needed to be repaired. We weren't thrilled about what it cost to have a repairman come to the house. My husband called R.T. Grim and took our TV their to be repaired. They were very friendly and told us what they thought was wrong with it. Then called us once they looked at it to let us know what needed to be done to repair it. They did a great job.

What they didn't tell me I got a radio and an install card to have a Sirius Satellite radio installed in my car. They were close to where I live so I called RT Grim and set up an appointment to have the radio put in. I dropped off my car the day before the appointment and picked it up the following afternoon. The radio was installed on the dashboard and I drove home. I had it activated the next day. Unfortunately, it had a lot of static and was nearly impossible to hear. I had the pleasure of dealing with R T Grim's staff. I researched the cd player I needed to replace and called them for an exchange model for my 2006 explorer. A fellow by the name of Keith helped me tremendously in getting the correct model and even called back to make sure I wouldn"t have to program the stereo for the install. They were vwery professional and excellent to work with. Great job on stereo install – Did a great job installing my new Alpine stereo. Replaced my broken down jammed up 6 disk cd player. Went the extra mile with my existing satellite radio and removed my stuck cd's for me. The Alpine CDE-123 is an excellent upgrade.

Erratic repair shop – They used to really good but they've just gone downhill. My last experience was less than wonderful and I have to take their work to another repair shop to have it fixed. I won't even consider taking it back to RT Grim to see if maybe they can get it right as I've had enough aggravation. Highly UNrecommended.

RT Grimm Rip OFF – They came to my house to repair tv, and tolod me 85.00 for visit. Okay. The guy spent 1 hour looking at tv, then put a cable connector in and told me he couldnt get hi def channels to work, but regular channels were working in a shrunken down size. He told me he could leave it the way it is and charge me 289.00 or he could take cable wires out and charge me 190.00 for the visit!!!! I am sooo mad!
