In a recent windstorm, we lost power and our generator didn't kick on. When I called R&T, they responded immediately! Came right out and assessed the problem. After a quick parts grab, they repaired the generator: 70 minutes from my phone call to the job being finished. Awesome work. Josh even brought me a new set of keys for the generator since I couldn't find mine. They were very good with our crazy dogs, too! R&T, a great company for so many years, is in excellent hands.

First time using R&T electric after the merge with Vachon. As with previous experience, the work was great quality. However the communication from the office was very aggressive. We used a renovation loan to fund the work and getting draw inspections approved and checks sent out always takes a bit longer. Unfortunately the payment was delayed by an additional week due to a mistake at the bank. Bill was 80 % over quote refuse to finish unless paid in full held back 1500 from 18000 job until competeted put lien didn't finish very rude not like old R$T anymore
