I began seeing Dr. Joy 4 years ago. Before Dr. Joy, I went through 5 pediatricians that didn't seem to care or spend time answering questions. Dr. Joy is amazing. She is thorough, knowledgable, compassionate and understanding. She is kind, loving an definitely has a great sense of humor. Dr. Joy takes time to return your call directly. The clinic is always so pleasant. Even when we don't see Dr. Joy every Doctor and Nurse Practitioners at both locations is amazing. I began seeing Dr. Joy 4 years ago. Before Dr. Joy, I went through 5 pediatricians that didn't seem to care or spend time needed answering questions. One pediatrician actually refused to see us from a $20 balance they failed to communicate to us that went to collections in our credit report! Another told me "it was ok for my child to suffer from a fever of 103.9 and to go back to sleep and not call them." (This was the first after hours call I had to make).
