I hired R Smith Construction for a full home remodel, including a kitchen, master bathroom, new flooring, and painting throughout my home. The project was paid in a deposit then 6 draws followed every two weeks beginning in December 2024 with a promised completion date of February 2025. From February onward, the completion date was pushed back month after month, each time with assurances that the work would be finished soon. I called to set up an appointment for a quote. The office staff was helpful in setting up a time and day. Ray came out right on time for the appointment. I feel like the interaction was great. We discussed all the options. Upon leaving my home, he said we’ll have your quote very soon and I didn’t hear back from anyone. I gave it a few days and called the office and nobody answered. This construction Co. Is doing our flooring and bathroom tile and they have done a great job on our new home, they are easy to work with, very meticulous, professional group, I highly recommend them.

Raymond and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable we’ve used them many times in past years. Our most recent project they did was flooring waterproof LVP throughout our entire house and it’s beautiful! They do such a good job we highly recommend! Their experience level is top notch!
