I've been seeing dr.rae for yrs. Before my grandma went into long term care he was her Dr as well. Very nice staff, and Dr rae always knew when my grandma was acting weird or feeling sick cause another specialist Dr gave her a wrong medication that coynteracted with one she was already on. He also saves me from having to go to specialists when I need something minor done like a toenail removed or birth control choices, pap smears etc. And unlike most offices that can make you wait 2hrs after ur appointment time to be seen wh... read more
My family has been going to dr Rae for the last four years. They HAD a receptionist that was incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the people who the practice needed to take care of but she has since been replaced with a nicer lady who listens to concerns. Dr Rae himself is a good doctor. I had mixed feelings because I felt a lot of my issues were based on me being slightly overweight but once he discovered the underlying cause he's stopped doing that. Myself and several other family and friends have had bad experiences with the staff at Dr. Rae's office. The receptionist could not be more inconsiderate, rude or disinterested. I called several times needing an emergency prescription written as my new insurance would not fill my regular scrips until they were written by an in-network provider. Dr. Rae's office required me to come in for an appointment since I had not been in for quite a while, which is understandable. Note that the office is very hard to find at Flower hosp... read more
