Best service from the moment we called. We went to the store and were greeted with a helpful staff. Met with an expert that helped us maneuver through our choices. Once the choice was made. The team expertly moved us through the purchase. We now own a Can Am Defender XT! Huge thanks to Rick Alcon, Aaron and the rest of the R & S team!!
Worst possible service ever. This experience was a nightmare. They had my ATV for over a month, when I was told it was supposed to take a week. Every phone call was a new answer as to when I could pick it up. I took it in for a carburetor rebuild and cleaning, and came out with the speedometer broken. The speedometer was fine when I dropped it off. When I brought this to their attention, they insisted it was not their fault, and they would pay for 1/2!!!!!!!! They wanted me to leave it there AGAIN. Why?!?! So they can drive ... read more

Worst experience ever!!! Took 3 perfectly running dirt bikes in for new air filters, we had to keep contacting them for updates as we got the run around. More than 2 weeks later we picked up or bikes all torn apart, not 1 air filter was changed and they created a whole mess of problems for us. Our bikes were missing parts, screws, kick stands....all bikes were leaking oil (which none were when we dropped them off). And they still demanded payment! I can't say enough how horrible this place is! Beware...they just cost us over... read more
