The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional when I was asking questions she was dismissive and completely inappropriate. She hung up on me and when I tried to call back she put me on hold and refused to answer my call. She mentioned not being able to service my home due to HOA, but the gate I want install is behind my fence line and not in view on the front of my home so therefore HOA approval is not needed because it’s behind my wall in my backyard.
Nobody answers phones over there All voice mails are full Best to find someone else at this point
They deserve 0 stars! Terrible Communication!!! Started installing gutters and didn't finish! Tried to install our gutters incorrectly until we caught them. I do not recommend these guys in any way! Just another company that will take advantage of you if your not watching closely. DISGRACEFUL!!!
