Extremely unprofessional company. Does not give notices to homeowners in neighbors that they are developing and are extremely inconsiderate. Would not recommend as they have performed plenty of shady work in the past as you can read in the other review

Your comapny should be ashamed with what is happening in The Lakes in Myrtle Beach. Caveness and Cates has pulled out after building a model home, and now you have a contractor clearing land adjacent to the new area that was to be built up. This clearing company has no regards to the people that live in The Lakes as there is mud left from your trucks all over the roads, and the trucks are going off the edge of the main road and leaving deep ruts in front yards. I cannot get them to fix my leaks in roof, split stair treads, and the stair tread painted and stained. This is ridiculous
