Highly recommend Scott and his father at R & S Heating and Cooling, West Linn. I have a Carrier 96 Furnace that had a bad secondary heat exchanger. This is a common problem with these Carrier furnaces that are 10+ years old. A class action suit settled covers parts and labor for this specific repair. I called several heating and cooling companies, including all the big names, and the only one that seem to know what was going on and gave me impeccable service was R&S.
