We own a business in Novato, and when I called R&S they were so quick to help us with our broken rollup door. They worked quickly and efficiently to squeeze in an appointment for us. We didn’t end up needing to have them come out as one of our employees fixed it a few minutes later, however, I really appreciated the Understanding of the urgent nature and Paul’s ability to get us on the schedule swiftly. Excellent customer service and care!
Not only does this company charge $8,000+ more for the same garage door as other installers (not an exaggeration) they have horrible service. I asked for a quote about 10 days ago. I had to follow-up after 4 days as I heard nothing from them and I just wanted confirmation they received my request. They responded and said “by the end of the day, or tomorrow at the latest”. Just gotta give these folks a 5 star review: when the spring on our garage door unexpectedly broke I found them on Google Search as I'm new and didn't know who to call. First of all, the person answering my call was friendly and efficient and by asking a couple of questions immediately determined our problem. She had a team out the next day to install the new spring and replace the torn insulation on bottom of the door.
