R&S was able to send someone out same day and my tech, Bryan, was awesome! Got my garage door up and running right before the holidays. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, nowadays, I feel like it's very rare to schedule service for your garage without being upsold, including a whole new garage door. That wasn't my experience with R&S. The employee that came to inspect my garage was professional at the outset and diagnosed my problem accurately and did not try to upsell me anything. The guys came when the cancellation of another job happened and they were very nice, explained what was wrong with my door, fixed it, adjusted it, lubed it, now it sounds quite, glad I called them right away, great job Eli!
