Unfortunately, nowadays, I feel like it's very rare to schedule service for your garage without being upsold, including a whole new garage door. That wasn't my experience with R&S. The employee that came to inspect my garage was professional at the outset and diagnosed my problem accurately and did not try to upsell me anything.
