Kristian V. was quick, courteous and very professional. He explained the problem after repairing the door.
We had used R&S previously. It is a very reliable company with well trained staff (Kristian).
The techs ( Dennis & I did not catch his partners name but very professional as well) that came onsite to repair the company garage door springs are pros at what they do. Do not hesitate! Thank you gentlemen!
We called R&S out to troubleshoot our shop door that wasn't functioning properly. Elija and Christian confirmed our thought, that we would need a new door, during the initial troubleshooting appointment and they returned for the install of the new door. They were great - friendly and very helpful. They got the work done quick and at a great price. They are definitely an asset to the team and we look forward to working with them again.
It was nice working with Kristian from R&S Erection, friendly and very knowledgeable gentleman, he explained the process of the PM thoroughly, I liked the honesty and the price was outstanding compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company and will be my go to whenever I need anything to do with my garage door.
