First I want to say the sales team John and Ethan are phenomenal. Ethan was our sales rep but he was running an errand when we arrived so John took great care of us until Ethan returned. Then they both together chatted with us and answered all of our questions. Those 2 gentleman are amazing people Ethan finalized our deal and delivered the machine very quickly to our job site. I thought it would be better experience from the reviews , but I got the right parts so it worked. Sales person did there best and entered in all the part numbers required instead of just scanning the items. Again kind right parts so I say it was a win.
