He commands respect from his employees who hate his guts. He manages by intimidation and verbal abuse. He nearly bankrupt the business years ago. Two stars just for the decent paint work. Other than that...they SUCK! They do not treat the customers' cars with respect! Joseph Rodriguez, the manager and owner's son, picked up my car at the dealership, then sped through residential streets, went to the bank, flew 40+ mph over speed humps (bottoming out an SUV with 18" tires and an 8 1/2" ground clearance), and redlining the tachometer while driving 60 mph down Himes Avenue. They SUCK! They do not treat customers' cars with respect! Joe Rodriguez, the mgr & owner's son, picked my car up at the dealership, sped through residential streets, went to the bank, flew 40+mph over speed humps, & redlined the tach while driving 60mph down Himes. Dash cam caught the ENTIRE thing! Including employees trying to erase the dash cam files! They disabled the sound recording & pulled the camera from the power source. This place is amazing! Read my Review on Google. I havent seen a more stellar group of folks in years! Absolute professional, kind, courteous, warm environment with the most honest, diligent staff! God bless they still exist! Shawn was amazing! The beautiful lady behind the desk, amazing!!! The Son, when I picked up my car, amazing! What a blessing to witness such fine folks in todays society. Family owned and operated with VALUES and they show!!!!!
