Just received the Otto purse from my husband (a former Army National Guardsman) for Christmas. I cried when I watched the video describing your company and the story behind it. I had not heard of R. Love the Site and the premiss of Military Spouse Ownership. Had 1 issue due to my own excitement ~ and forgot to apply my discount to my order. Called their Customer Service contact number and left a (quick) voice mail. Received a call-back within 5 minutes ----from one of the Owners, no less! I purchased the coffee leather zippered pouch and I love it! Its so soft, beautifully made and I love that I'm supporting the women,men, and spouses of the military. Saving up to buy the Otto next!
I cannot say I am ecstatic over the purse. It came wrinkled on both sides. Nothing was wrong with the packaging. The leather is stiff but not wrinkled. This leads me to believe it was sewn this way. Not impressed. This was a birthday gift to me. Husband feels like the sale was a bait n switch, for the steep cost of this purse and the quality. I will try ironing it. Love the concept of the company. Will not buy again. Sorry.
