After years of patching things, we went ahead with a full remodel. R Remodeling led the team and restructured most of the layout, including framing changes, new duct runs, shifted bedrooms, and an entirely new kitchen layout. It was done right.
Nothing about this project was simple. The whole structure needed rethinking. We hired Edwin to lead the remodel. Two load-bearing walls came out, new supports were added, and the space was rebuilt to code. It came out clean.
Ray led the room addition project for our home, and it was the biggest upgrade we've ever done. We wanted a second master suite for guests with a bathroom and closet space. The team had to reinforce part of the home and reroute plumbing and electrical. Ray's crew installed steel beams and new walling. The ceiling was framed to match the slope of our roof. This full home remodel involved structural changes on both floors. We removed walls, reinforced the framing, and relocated key parts of the home to work better. Ductwork had to be rerouted, and the electrical system was redone to meet code. Alex kept everything in sequence.
