SCAM ALERT! Lies about cars conditions, terribly rude, horrible mechanic work, etc. Cost me almost $3000 to fix up the car I bought because of some dangerous things that were wrong with it and there's still more appearing regularly
There should be an option for less than 1 Star which urges people to take caution and stay away completely. This place has two names so I’m posting on both because people deserve to be warned. This place does bad maintenance work on their cars and is extremely unethical. I bought a wrangler that sprung a gas leak and it turned out the muffler was cut so it was facing the gas tank, which melted it until fuel tank and straps keeping it in tact were ruined, which was about 1,000 dollars. Ralph, their Jeep expert is incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is/isn't working for the vehicle. Give them a call if you're talking jeeps!
Ralph was extremely helpful with the purchase of my 1st Jeep! He was very patient while answering my many questions. EDIT: Ralph replaced the battery & starter since unable to start once driven home. Ralph also installed the side view mirrors that I purchased since they were broken. I was very grateful! However, I should have paid more attention to the BROKEN horn, BROKEN passenger door lock and MISSING 4th seat belt in back; huge safety issues which R&R is NOT repairing. This place has been amazing!!! While shopping, Mac and Ralph explained that if we bought a Jeep from them and it had any issues, they would take care of them. True to their word, they've fixed several items for us. Best car-buying experience both my husband and I have had, ever. No pressure whatsoever, knowledgeable guys who can answer just about any random Jeep question and suggest add-on equipment and easy/cheap fixes for stuff.
