I'd give them a zero if i could. when i called to get appointment for them to come by and give estimate, the person i talked with sounded confused. Set the appt for a Monday at 5:30. After they no showed with no call to me, i called them and they said they would for sure be there on Tuesday at 5:30. Again they no showed without even calling or anything both times. Obviously they are not curteous or dependable.
I was Very Pleased with the way my needs were met, & they were so cheerful, polite, & tidy. I will be hire them again.
