Had 2 other companies come out with estimates of $2600 and higher. R & R came out, took a peak and found problem was inside house and fixed with ... plunger! Young man was very pleasant and honest and was unbelievable. I called R & R despite the negative reviews posted online. City of Joliet recommended them as well as my brother-in-law and others. If I could give higher rating I would. Hats off to you R & R and Justin!

Same problem,pumped system once before,came right out,very reasonable, prompt friendly service,called a week ago,no show,no call back?????,Everyone says call R&RS ????
