They are Watson's installers for pools, hot tubs, & pool tables. Don't let them do your pool table. Total hacks. Watson's finally made it right by refunding us $300 so we could have our cloth installed by our own installer, who will be redoing the slates, cloth, rails, and leveling of the table. We will be leaving the legs on the table. R&R screwed those on correctly.
Had a spot for my pool leveled and the guys who leveled the ground, moved my sand from my driveway into the circle and ended up digging up Part of my driveway material and dumped it on the sand for the pool. So when the installers came to install there was slag and rock in my 8tons of sand. I had to run to get sand in my trailer, which could only hold 1.5 tons. And the pond liners I had for my landscaping needed to be used under the pool to make sure the liner is protected. Just unbelievable…..

Do not use them! We purchased a pool through Watson's, and they contracted with R&R pools to do the excavation and installation. The owner, Bob Roll, arrived at our home and was more interested in making money and "keeping the wheels turning on his bobcat" than keeping his staff or my home and family safe. He was rude and misogynistic the minute he began dealing with me. They didn't call 811Dig before digging and hit our main electric line. He believed this was somehow our fault.
