Had my shower handle break off while using the shower. They were out right away to get it fixed. Thank you for quickly coming over and fixing my shower!!
Not reliable, couldn't give a straight answer on when he'd be back. I had errands to run. It was like my time wasn't important! Won't recommend.
This review is from an AC/heat pump job. It was done on my house, but I was not the payer or hirer for the job since the previous owner hired R&R to do the work to allow closing on the house to continue. R&R, from what I have heard, is a great plumbing company. But, they are not a great HVAC company. They replaced my AC/heat pump with only an AC unit.
