This review is from an AC/heat pump job. It was done on my house, but I was not the payer or hirer for the job since the previous owner hired R&R to do the work to allow closing on the house to continue. R&R, from what I have heard, is a great plumbing company. But, they are not a great HVAC company. They replaced my AC/heat pump with only an AC unit. My mother hired these guys to fix a washer hookup. The guys ordered the part and said they would be out the next day when the part came in. Next day they said they had an "emergency" and would come the following Tuesday (this was a Friday). Come Tuesday, no call no show. Called the office and receptionist said they had an "emergency". Ten days later and they still have not shown up and still have not communicated or returned my calls. Horrible customer service and will never do business again.

Bought a house that had a pipe burst through corrosion on 05/01 and affect multiple rooms. Called this company as we had heard from others that they were reliable. It took a couple hours, but no worries as I know how things can get in the service environment. We were not able to get the water shut off properly and when Gene arrived, he refused to do anything other than he would, "need to talk to his team", told us to open the wall and left. Came and "fixed" our furnace. Bout a hr or so after he left it stopped working again. Called em back and the receptionist was SUPER rude and all the guy could tell us was must be the thermostat. So I technically paid for cr*p. Was going to keep using them but not after that incident. I'll use another company from here on out.
