We love R&R! So helpful. They answer all my questions let us return a dog food if it doesn't work...great small business.
Rob and Danny are the best the treat you like family and make sure you get everything you need for your pets even if it's a special order.
R&R is my favorite pet store in Simi Valley! I was having a difficult time finding a certain dog food and they were able to order it for me. The owners are exceptionally helpful, and nice. I would recommend paying them a visit if you haven't already.
Friendly service and great prices! Small business with great customer service. .. and there's usually a pet adoption event on Saturdays. .. and they will bring 15 lbs dog food in your car for you... and I live in Glendale (31 miles away) but get my pets' food and treats here because these guys are THAT great!
Best pet supply store ever! Amazing products, prices, and customer service. They even special order things you need. Dan and rob are awesome people!
