Very rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about my car that was towed by them and they were very rude. They have no customer service skills. They don’t care about pleasing the customer or making the customer happy. I don’t understand how you can work with people but customer service clearly isn’t a priority in there business. I would not recommend these ppl. RecommendedI recently had an accident and Drew came promptly to pick up my vehicle. He took extra care with it since it was a custom vehicle. I had stuff in the vehicle and he accomodated me and allowed me to come and get my stuff even though it was a weekend and they were closed. Their work and customer service was exceptional.
Great honest people and great service. Love my BMW I purchased there. R&R body shop also is great thank goodness because I had to have that BMW painted after I accident. They did an amazing job painting my Tahoe too. Looked just as good if not better then off the showroom Factory paint.

when i first went to the dealership i was treated with respect and got a great deal on a car i've always wanted! when i had a problem i was told to bring the car in to there own service station right at the dealership and i was given a loaner so i could get to work. the repair was covered by my warranty that was included in the price. i get free oil changes and state inspections for life. and a nationwide 2 year warranty. i will buy here again and would tell anyone i know to buy from this company too.
