boat in for engine repair in fall 2018 , still not done ! very poor communication , information, completion dates given but not met. I expected R&R to honouir their commitments , they have not.....

I had the pleasure of having my boat worked on today. I thought the problem was going to be a very expensive one. They found the problem was one I caused changing a part. They found it quickly and repaired it while I waited. All at a very mpdest cost. All I had contact with were friendly and helpful. Simply a great experience. Highly recommend.
I just bought a new boat from RJ and he did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted I definitely would recommend an R&R very competitive prices and great service.
