Its 3:18 am August 8, 2024 and for the past 3 hours these 12 and 14 yr old boys are still running and playing over my head...apt 421...the police have been out here 6 times to address the noise, the property manager hasn't done a thing to address any of my complaints...except place threatening notices on my door...oh yeah, just because i complain about the running and playing. These ppl come in at night running up the stairs dropping things on the floor...the boys run and play EVERY night until after 2 and 3 am....will someo... read more
