Terrible customer service. Always short staffed and constantly turn over of technicians. Rude person on the phone.
Used these folks a couple of times. While pricing is fair, it's hard to get an appointment for maintenance. Also, they don't put you on a schedule or have maintenance contracts - you have to keep track of when you are serviced and schedule your appointments way in advance. I had to cancel an appointment, and when trying to reschedule was put on the back burner - told 3 to 6 weeks to reschedule! You would think a repeat customer would not have to wait so long.
Best cooling repair I have ever had. Richard and his staff are very polite and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company!
