Great Technician... I was without heat for 2 months as I received the run around from other techs . Great Dispatch working his phone Goldie.... I scheduled a appointment and he came same day and within 45 min HEAT!!! Recommend To Everyone
First time with this company and the technician, Junior was courteous, professional, thorough, and cleaned up quite nice. He answered all of my questions and concerns. No BS!! Price was acceptable.
My wife and I really liked Ramon from R&R. He was very nice and knowledgable and understood what was going on with our furnace. We are new customers and he still found time to on a busy Monday to squeeze us in while we were having heating problems. His price was fair and he was able to fix our issue the same day. We highly recommend R&R after a great experience!
