Ben and the R&R team were a pleasure to work with - responsive, polite, and transparent throughout the process. After one of my four-year-old A/C units gave out, I contacted R&R and they were able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue on the first visit, and get my system back up and running within the week (delayed only by the replacement part). On top of that, they're local, support and employ veterans, and offer fair pricing. Would highly, highly recommend.
Ben with R&R Heating and Air came by this morning and replaced my aging thermostat. He determined we could use the existing wiring in order to save money. Upon completing the work, Ben checked to ensure both the heating and cooling were functioning properly. Ben was prompt, worked quickly and checked everything. I definitely plan on using R&R for future HVAC needs.
These guys stand behind their work. Ben(yes his name is also Ben) was very responsive and stayed in contact, to me that means a lot!
