Arrived at the start of the 2-hr appt window. Was a no-nonsense guy and got right to work. In our case the solution was to replace the capacitor on the outdoor unit. Diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. Price for labor and service call was low, price for the part upper-mid, but overall very fair. Would happily use again. Phone and service call communications were excellent.
