Absolutely superb. In a sea of corporate owned companies that promise big and fail to deliver, R&R (and Ben) are the real deal. Family owned, honest, very fair pricing and accountable. Extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Took the time to explain everything, along with suggestions. No high pressure sales. Grateful to have found them. I would trust them for anything HVAC. Highly recommended.
Had a terrible experience with another company (ARS Rescue Rooter) who continued to no call no show for 3 days after they came to routine maintenance our furnace, and left us with a broken heating system. We finally called R&R Heating And Air and they gave us a window of 2-4pm. A technician showed up by 2:05 and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. I called R&R after seeing their great reviews and I was not disappointed! Steve was very responsive, and was able to come out quickly and fix my heat. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using R&R for all my future HVAC needs!
