Had issues with my AC unit for awhile after it was installed, worked with the builder who worked with Eric to get the problem resolved. Can’t thank these guys enough for standing behind their work and taking care of a client. Thanks again Eric!
Had these guys come and install a water heater just before Christmas. (this was the second time we have asked this company to our house) Still waiting for someone to come back to Trinidad to fix a leak in the newly installed water heater. Damaged our floor and is still leaking. Almost 2 months have gone by and now we're not getting any kind of response from them. No plans to come and even take a look at their own work. Just wanted our money before the holidays. Family of four and now we have to come up with more money to fix... read more
From Shelby in scheduling to Landon, the Tech who serviced the furnace, everything went smoothly, and they both deserve big raises. I wouldn't recommend any other HVAC company.
