Lazy work. Whichever tech did this plus the building inspector should be embarrassed and this is just one example of just getting it done vs. doing it correctly. Having to stick a thousand or more dollars into a recent build to get up to code is grossly unacceptable. Take some pride in your work even if 99% of people won’t even see it.
Pretty terrible service from the older lady while Shelby is out of office. My AC just went out and this lady was the most unhelpful person I’ve spoken to at R&R. She repeatedly told me “I’m warning you we are booked out 3 weeks” and really didn’t offer any resolution to my issue. It’s about to be 100 degrees everyday this upcoming week and I felt like she could care less about the situation. Hopefully once I speak to Shelby on Monday I can update this to better rating. Had issues with my AC unit for awhile after it was installed, worked with the builder who worked with Eric to get the problem resolved. Can’t thank these guys enough for standing behind their work and taking care of a client. Thanks again Eric!
