In the past I've had positive experiences with this company, but that just changed. I called for an estimate on replacing my water heater. The technicians who showed up were polite and professional and we talked about different types, models, and sizes to have installed. I asked to be given quotes and would make my decision within a week. They took four days to send me ONE quote, and that was after I called twice requesting an update. Awful. Horrible, rude, careless employees who spent most of their time on the phone. Took multiple days to do an hours work. Hire ANYONE else.
Exceptionally poor customer service, incredibly low quality of work, extraordinarily lazy and rude. These men were constantly cussing and swearing, very loudly and audibly and even while speaking to us. Very, very unpleasant.
Paid to have service. Over paid for 1-1/2 hrs of work and sloppy work. Don't recommend this business
Our tech is amazing! Has serviced our house for years! We love their service plan, too.
