I have dealt with R&R for over 15 years. The owner has always been upfront with us and taken care of us. We have thrown some pretty bad repairs his way, and even though he told us no garuntee, he sure came through. I'm sure I'll work with him for years to come.
If I could give zero stars I would. Doubled the price after work was done. And the drag up tank being fixed was left half full of water
