My rating is based on the fact that Nathan replaced a large picture window at my house because the glass had become cloudy on the inside. He said that the new glass had a 5 year warranty. Now within the warranty period the glass now has the same problem as the glass that was replaced. I have tried many times to reach Nathan and left many messages but I still haven’t been contacted by him.

Highly recommend. Nathan is AWESOME! During a storm, I had some large trees fall in my yard. While having them cut, one got away from the guys and broke a basement window and it broke a corner in the sash of the window. I was told by numerous companies that since the sashes are vinyl there was no way to repair them, I would have to replace the complete window which meant removing the siding, putting in a new window, and installing and painting the new siding.
